"Nice for travel, but a little leaky"
I like that it folds down small, so it’s easy to bring on trips. But yeah, it has leaked in my bag a couple times, which is kind of annoying. Handy overall, just not perfect

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I was really disappointed with this cup. It looked decent at first and I thought it would hold up fine, but after just a few uses it cracked. Kind of felt like a bait and switch because it seemed like I was getting something sturdy, and then it barely lasted at all.

"They Couldn't Even Get the Basics Right"
I ordered a specific color and size, and somehow they sent me the wrong ones. Ridiculous, honestly—this is basic order-packing stuff. Not exactly impressed...

I tried to return my order it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Replies took forever, and even after that I still had to keep chasing them about the refund. There wasn’t much communication, so I had no idea what was actually going on. It kind of felt like once they had my money, they stopped caring. Wouldn’t order from them again.

"Checkout kept freezing on me"
I tried checking out and my cart froze twice, which was already annoying enough. I reached out to support and when I finally heard anything, it felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t actually address the problem. Frustrating experience overall.

"Not as portable as I hoped"
I bought this thinking it would be super easy to collapse and toss in my bag, but in real life it’s more of a hassle than I expected. It sounds great in theory, but using it day to day was kinda annoying.
It doesn’t fold down very smoothly, and even when it’s collapsed it still takes up this awkward amount of space. Mine also felt a bit flimsy once folded up, which didn’t help. I probly wouldn’t buy it again.

"I feel like I paid way too much..."
I feel like I paid way too much for this. It feels kind of flimsy and doesn’t seem any better than cheaper cups I’ve bought before. I also didn’t love how many little steps there were just to use and deal with it properly, it got annoying fast. For the price, I really expected something a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Good cup, but the lid makes dishwashing a hassle"
I do like this cup overall, and it’s really convenient to toss in my bag. But the dishwasher-safe part is where it kind of trips over itself. Some pieces came out totally fine, but the lid started feeling a little weird after a few washes, so now I usually just hand wash it. Kind of annoying, because that’s not really what I signed up for. It’s not a bad cup, but the lid definitely makes it less easy than it should be.

"Leaked in my bag, not worth the price"
I bought this because it said leakproof, but mine ended up leaking all over the inside of my bag. Frustrating, especially since I was trying to be careful with what I spend and expected it to actually do what it promised.

"Why are the colors so dull?"
I was disappointed with the color options. They all felt kind of boring and flat, and I kept looking through them hoping one would finally stand out, nope. None of them really looked good to me, which is annoying because color choice actually matters...

"Still waiting for a fair response"
I reached out to support twice and waited several days, but I never got a helpful response. I understand things can get busy, but it feels fair to expect at least a basic reply or update when a customer takes the time to contact support. it just left me feeling ignored and frustrated.

"Good cup, but the lid could be better"
i mean, I do like the size and how easily it folds down, especially for tossing in a bag. The only thing is the lid and seal don’t feel super reliable. Mine leaked a little once, so now I’m extra careful with it. It’s still handy, I just wish the seal felt more secure.

"Mouthpiece just doesn’t feel right"
I wanted to like this for my daily coffee, but the mouthpiece feels kind of awkward and a little sharp when I drink from it. It’s not the most comfortable experience, and it makes me not want to reach for it in the morning. Just left me a bit disappointed.

"Good little cup for quick coffee"
I’ve been using this cup here and there, and overall I do like it. It’s easy to carry around and feels handy for taking coffee with me. The only thing is the heat doesn’t last super long, my coffee stays warm for about 30 to 40 minutes, then cools down fairly quickly. It’s totally fine if you’re drinking it soon or just running a quick errand, but probably not the best if you like to sip slowly over a long time. Still a useful cup, just not quite as warm-keeping as I hoped...

"Bulkier than I expected"
I kind of assumed this would slip into my bag or a pocket like similar ones usually do, but it’s just too bulky. Doesn’t really fit where I’d normally keep it, so it’s been a bit inconvenient

"Smaller than I thought"
I was kind of disappointed with this. It looked like it would hold a decent amount, but when I actually poured my coffee in, it barely fit. It feels more like one of those little travel cups than a regular cup. Just not really worth it for me.

As someone who drinks coffee every morning, I was really hoping this would help, but it still holds onto that old coffee smell. Even after cleaning it, my coffee tastes a little weird and stale. Not the experience I was expecting.

"I really wanted to be into this..."
I really wanted to be into this at first. The whole sustainability angle sounded great, and I was excited to try it. But then it showed up with way more packaging than I expected, and my mood changed fast. On top of that, the product itself doesn’t feel super durable, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. For a brand that talks so much about being green, I was let down.

"Honestly, it’s annoying to clean"
I liked the idea of this at first, but cleaning it every time is such a hassle. Food gets stuck in the folds and around the lid pieces, and no matter how much I rinse or scrub, it never really feels completely clean. For daily use, it’s just not worth the extra effort.
